The Latest Review of Stratto Wine &Grill

I went there for the first time for my boyfriend's birthday with his family and had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! During our dinner, the waiter spilled someone else's olive oil with vinegar on my new shoes! Needless to say olive oil did not come off and these shoes are garbage now. However, that was not all. At the end as he was taking our plates, he he spilled olive oil AGAIN on me, some of it landed on my dress, some of it on my head! What kind of a waiter takes plates over his customer's heads?! He was supposed to take them from the side of the table! They compensated the price of my shoes which i feel is not enough. I was morally hurt and my whole day was ruined. The least they could do is pay for our dinner. Which they didn't. The waiter said "sorry" but did not seem to be sorry at all. The food was way overpriced and there was nothing special about it. This place has TERRIBLE SERVICE, their staff is UNPROFESSIONAL. DON'T GO THERE unless you want to get spilled on and pay ridiculous money for mediocre food.
